Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage (photos required).
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
